Private Housekeeper/Nanny (Live In Or Live Out)

Please note that the majority of the work is cleaning/cooking (around 80%), with 20% being related to helping with our 3 month old baby.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday between 12pm and 8pm, with 2 hours on a Saturday or Sunday (for light tidying up/cleaning).

A salary of £2,340 for a live-out role will be paid. If a live-in role is required, the salary will be adjusted to cover rent, council tax and utilities and will be £1,950 per month for a live-in role.

A family orientated household is seeking a Live In or Live OutHousekeeper/Nanny. We are a family of 4 consisting of a husband, wife, 8 year old daughter and a 3 month old baby. We are a relaxed and easy going family. We spend the vast majority of our time together, working from home too. We also have a small Maltese lap dog, who is low maintainance, very friendly and loving!

We are looking for a candidate who shares similar family values and can become like a 5th member of our family!

Main responsibilities include: cleaning, cooking meals, washing, ironing, hoovering and dusting, changing bedding, laundry, assisting with the baby and the dog and other general household cleaning/cooking duties.

The role will be approximately 80% housekeeping and 20% childcare related.

A minimum of 1 year experience in a private (a family household) housekeeping role is mandatory. Unfortunately we won't consider a candidate without this, or candidates with experience in only a commercial housekeeping/cleaning role.

For a live-in role we provide a well maintained private, self-contained one bedroom flat, with private access, and with an en-suite and separate kitchen (containing high end appliances).

Occasional work is required on a full-time day on a weekend, which will be paid as overtime.
