Private PA

Tiger Private are currently in search of an experienced Private PA, for an UHNW businessman based between London and Monaco.
This fast-paced and dynamic role requires the candidate to represent the high-profile individual in both business and personal matters. Key responsibilities include comprehensive support to the principal, managing multiple inboxes, handling ad hoc requests and booking travel and accommodation for both personal and business purposes in the UK and overseas. Additionally, the role involves preparing and tracking personal expenses and assisting House Managers with staffing requirements for the principal's properties. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating private air travel for the principal, their friends, family, and staff, as well as organising meetings and appointments across different time zones. Serving as the main liaison between the principal’s private life and business activities is crucial.
The principal spends most of the year in Monaco; however, this role is based with the team in Canary Wharf (5 days in), requiring flexibility to travel to Monaco at short notice.
Candidates must be fluent in both French and English, highly organised, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, discreet, and able to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality. A flexible approach with occasional out-of-hours duties is also necessary.
