SalaryWe are seeking a Private PA for a HNW female Principal and family who are in the process of relocating from Cyprus to the UK (Essex). The Principal has various international business interests- in property, health and beauty, but you will be focused on supporting predominantly on the private side, liaising with multiple Business EAs and other staff (in Cyprus, Montenegro, Brussels and Dubai), and assisting with 2 teenage children.
The role will be based from the new family home in Essex but there will be some opportunities for flexi and remote working as needs allow, and hours are very respectful. Duties will include diary and email management, scheduling meetings, arranging personal appointments, travel arrangement, general admin support, liaising with accountants and suppliers, assisting with procurement, banking, events, household and property management, and helping the children.
A driving licence and previous Private PA experience is required, as well as a willingness to travel from time to time, representing the Principal- also a perk of the job!
