Private PA for Entrepreneur Based in Chiswick, West London, W4, 45-65K (Depending on Experience)

Super Private PA role on offer for an experienced, professional Private PA looking for a work/life balance, happy to be based in Chiswick daily working regular hours in an informal working environment.  Parking available. Replacing existing PA who has been in the job over 10 years. 

Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm in Chiswick with 1 day remote working within 3-6 months for a private individual, all PAs applying must be well presented, having excellent diction/spelling and good IT skills. High attention to details important and a concise way of conveying information crucial.

You will be responsible for all emails, formal correspondence, diary, travel, meetings, appointments etc,  overseeing all the admin generated by 1 property in London and 2 abroad, also assisting with managing the rental of one property. Liaising daily with accountants, lawyers, domestic staff, associates etc, all PAs applying must have an personable, calm manner.  Dealing with a senior VIP, ex CEO, all PAs applying need previous Private PA experience and ideally some corporate experience.

We are looking for a PA searching for a long-term commitment, happy to manage their own day but keep their boss abreast of all things pertaining to the running of his personal life.  Working for an intelligent boss who won't bother a PA out of hours, you will be required to deal with all private banking, tax information and petty cash.  Some research/project management required as part of the role.

This would be the perfect job for a seasoned Private PA who is looking for a job with regular hours, based in a rural but beautiful location, where they can drive to work daily.  Previous experience having dealt with a busy, sometimes demanding VIP helpful. 

This is a lovely job for a confident PA who wants to act as a true gatekeeper, 100% responsible for every aspect of their bosses life, able to make decisions on his behalf and action things quickly.
