Prestigious, commercial art gallery located in the heart of London, are in search of a dedicated Private Personal Assistant to join the team and provide invaluable support to a Senior Executive. As PA, you will be supporting primarily in a private capacity, while maintaining close working relations on the business side.
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the director’s office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient administrative support, handling various tasks with precision and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Managing correspondence including post, telephone calls, and emails
- Conducting research and preparing presentations as required
- Maintaining an organised filing system
- Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Coordinating travel arrangements and hospitality services
- Assisting with personal tasks such as managing holiday homes and school fees
- Managing expenses, correspondence, and general administrative duties
Required Skills:
- Experienced PA / EA with a minimum of 5 years' experience handling private duties
- Experience working within a luxury environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Top-class accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational abilities
- Discretion and sensitivity regarding confidential information
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Confidence and capability in both conduct and communication
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
