A FinTech business based in Swindon are in search of a Problem Management Analyst as part of a growing Service Operations Team.

Working with the Problem Manager, the Problem Management Analyst will work to ensure seamless system monitoring and proactive Problem Management. This role will suit candidates from an IT support background who are passionate about delivering exceptional IT services and have a proactive problem-solving approach.

Problem Management Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in achieving best-in-class service through effective system monitoring.
• Prioritise service restoration within strict SLA timelines, providing short-term workarounds when necessary.
• Drive Problem Management investigations with technical subject matter experts to establish root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure optimal client and system performance through strategic updates during non-disruptive periods.

Problem Management Analyst Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in ITIL Service Operations with a focus on Problem Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex projects.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The business operates a hybrid working policy where you will be required to work a minimum if 2 days a week onsite.
