What will you do?
The role will entail the manufacture of animal feed through a series of processes to a high standard whilst maintaining high safety, hygiene & efficiency standards. The successful candidate for this role will be required to work shifts, days and nights.
Tasks and responsibilities as a Shift Operator:
- Run the blending/pelleting and master weigh process in an efficient manner to deliver the production plan on time.
- Communicate all issue/delays against the plan to colleagues and other departments.
- Maintain the routine machine maintenance and cleaning schedules.
- Optimise utilisation of finished product bin space.
- Maintain site processes/standards in line with the UFAS code of practice.
- Participate in the Tier accountability process and update the daily vis board.
Your CV shows:
- Experience working with process control systems (Desirable)
- Counter balance FLT licence. (Desirable)
- Computer literacy.
- Must be able to work alone or as part of a team.
