Procurement Administrator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join our client based in Egham.
The successful Procurement Administrator will be responsible for:
- Emailing orders to suppliers
- Following up with suppliers to check orders have been received and that all the details are captured correctly on order confirmations which will include:
- Part number
- Quantities
- Pricing
- Delivery dates
- Delivery Address
- Any other information vital for accurate processing
- Tracking orders to Warehouse and third party addresses
- Dealing with enquiries from buyers, Project Managers/coordinators, Logistics and Warehousing teams
- Checking daily reports for tasks to include: orders placed, orders overdue and high priority order progress
- Manage invoice queries
The Procurement Administrator will have:
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced department
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Take ownership of daily challenges and deadlines
