About the position

Nomad foods is currently undergoing a transformation programme, moving from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 Hana, this is a unique one-time transformation opportunity designed to enable Nomad Foods to 'Simplify, Standardise, Automate & Transform’.

The Procurement Administrator is responsible for supporting the Procurement team as we transition from SAP ECC & Coupa to SAP S/4 Hana & Ariba.

The successful candidate will collate, compile, set up and upload the daily Delegation of Authority (DoA) file for Ariba and maintain data and reports within Ariba ensuring that documents are authorised in line with the DoA.

This role will also:

  • Manage the user files for Ariba
  • Process new supplier requests
  • Support the business regarding issues around Purchase Requests
  • Support the business on Ariba issues
  • Administrative liaison between Procurement Operations and the project team
  • Contract workspace administration
  • Maintenance of Purchase Info Records and other custom transactions
  • Ariba reporting: preparation, review and analysis
  • Contract deletion reporting: preparation, review and analysis
  • Contract change analysis: preparation, review and analysis
  • Ad hoc Admin and Reporting tasks
  • Monthly Purchase Info Records control preparation, review and analysis
  • Process and maintain data and reports within Ariba, ensuring that documents are authorised in line with the DoA.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Procurement Administrator with excellent attention to detail skills. A background in administrative positions and process improvement, ability to successfully partner with Buyers and find efficiencies in processes.

Additional desirable criteria include a background working in an FMCG business, experience working with either SAP ECC / S4 Hana / Ariba, DocuSign, SharePoint.
