Our client is looking for a Procurement Administrator to assist and support the procurement team in delivering a 1st class procurement function to all stakeholders in accordance with group policy.

Job specification:
- Assist in entering /matching invoice data and managing and reporting on all invoicing activities including delivery tickets using agreed systems and processes to a set time frame.
- Create, organise outstanding invoice's spread sheets and close out within a time frame.
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between colleagues / suppliers / visitors / enquires and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions.
- Manage, organise suppliers ISO documentation.
- File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and site teams.
- To cover the switchboard during breaks / holiday times where required.
- To assist and support the procurement team of day to day material requirements as requisitioned by the site teams.
- Maintain regular consistent professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
- Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, calculator shredding machine and photocopy machine.
Person specification:
- Solid experience in an admin role
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Experience within purchasing or buying would be an advantage
