Immediate start for a Procurement Assistant to work on a 6 month fixed term role

This role will have you based in the office for 3 days per week and 2 days wfh.

You will be able to experience a broad range of procurement skills within this Global IT Company - the procurement function looks after the key categories of products (H/W, S/W), maintenance, outsourcing, and construction for the fulfilment of projects.

You will be involved in the following activities during this contract term:

• Managing the SAP procurement system processes.


• Managing the new vendor set-up on the SRM system.


• Maintaining the vendor registration tracker.


• Collating the procurement team weekly updates.


• Supporting the Procurement Professionals in tendering activities.

About You:

You will have good administration and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work flexibility to meet deadlines.

Hours of work:

37.5 hour week.
