We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced procurement professional to join us in the role of Procurement Business Partner for a 2-year fixed term contract. You will work on the Asset Development and Disposal Programme, working as part of the Procurement Team and in conjunction with wider council departments and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the Council is compliant in its procurement activities as well as delivering efficiencies and securing best value.
As an individual, you will need to be highly organised and you must be able to evidence a sound knowledge of procurement practices and legislation within the public sector.

Your base will be the Civic Centre; however, the council adopts a flexible working, which includes home working where business needs allow.
