AddressAnderson Knight is currently recruiting for a Procurement & Commercial Manager
The Procurement & Commercial Manager will manage their offshore Asset Management businesses, support growth ambitions within the Business. The Procurement & Commercial Manager will liaise with stakeholders, supply chain and third-party insight/forum organisations on a regular basis, to ensure that the status of category plans remain current and reflective market conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Working with our client’s Supplier Relationship Management Team, the Procurement & Commercial Manager will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders & supply chain.
• Pre/post Management to ensure that essential support is provided as and when required throughout the lifecycle of our projects.
• Management of market drivers and cost components
• Forecasts on future price points and capacity/availability.
• Developing, refreshing, and recommending strategies to ensure that our client i is the customer of choice.
• Understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance risks in the Global Onshore and Offshore Turbine markets and potential mitigation actions are also key to the role.
About the Candidate
Demonstrated ability to lead the successful delivery and execution of a complex category; CIPS qualification preferred but not essential.
Proven track record in cradle-to-grave category management and executing associated complex procurement activities.
Broad knowledge of contracts with ability to draft special terms, including dispute procedures and specific in-depth knowledge of at least one form of contract.
Understanding of relevant statutory and legal provisions.
Knowledge of Procurement related systems.
