Ready to take your next step into a procurement role? We are working with a client within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry who are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to enhance procurement strategies.
Position: Permanent
Location & Hours: Nottingham, Hybrid with Flexible working hours
Salary: circa £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering and managing purchase requests/orders
• Supporting in fulfilling sourcing needs as necessary
• Ensuring accurate pricing, item information and updating their systems
• Aid with administrative duties
• Collect anticipated delivery details and report order delays to the Procurement Manager
• Addressing inquiries related to invoices

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in purchasing is necessary
• Someone who takes their own initiative
• Receptive to learning more about purchasing and quick at learning new systems
• Great experience with Microsoft Office
