You can expect to experience three rotations with opportunities for roles in Project Management, Operational Management (Procurement Specialist), Supplier Management & Negotiation (Spend Area), Sustainability, Data Analytics & Modelling.

MDLZ Function: ProcurementDegree: Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, including a BSc in Leadership and Business ManagementUniversity: Aston University Business School Work and Study Split: You will spend 4 days per week based at our Bournville office and 1 day per week at university.Routes for progression post Apprenticeship completion: Towards the end of your apprenticeship the business will support you to apply for any suitable vacant roles in order to progress your career within Mondelez International.

What we look forFirst off, you’ll need a good academic background. This will need to include five GCSEs grades A*- C or equivalent 9 to 5 number grades, including Math’s and English. Plus three A-level grades at BBB, or equivalent.

You’ll need to be enthusiastic, eager to learn and develop and with strong interpersonal skills.

We will be holding our final stage assessment centre for this role in-person at our Bournville, Birmingham offices on Thursday 18th April 2024. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
