Procurement Performance Manager | Hybrid | £350 per day | 3 Months | Interim
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a fantastic Public sector organisation in South Yorkshire to recruit an Procurement Purchasing Manager.
This organisation operates a hybrid working policy, offering fully remote working.
This position would suit an individual with experience in Public Sector procurement, basic contract management experience and experience in developing documents.
Role:
- Developing documents and presentations outlining elements of the procurement process
- Support the procurement team to develop the current template tender documents to reflect the current procurement regulations
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on a regular basis
- Make documentation accessible for stakeholders across the Council who are not procurement specialists
- Carrying out contract management exercises
- Delivering training programmes
Person:
- Ideal for individuals with Public sector backgrounds, familiar with Public Sector regulations
- Procurement background is essential
- Previous experience working as project manager/project officer roles is preferred
