Procurement Trainer/Skills Coach- Work from Home

As a result of this growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Skills Trainer or Tutor in Procurement. • Salary up to £45000 Dependant on experience and qualifications

Typical duties of the Procurement Apprenticeship Skills Coach/ Tutor will include:
• Delivering new apprenticeship standards in Procurement up to level 4 through online teaching to groups of apprenticeship learners.
• Preparing lesson plans, mentoring and guiding learners who are working towards completing their apprenticeships.
• Plan and deliver specific industry-standard learning programs in knowledge competencies, behaviours, and relationships.
• Actively support, mentor, and motivate learners in their training course, and aid with the completion of this.
• Prepare training/group session plans, utilising a variety of training methods, and accommodating different learning styles.
• Provide regular feedback and support to apprentices, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement and providing guidance to help them achieve their learning goals
• Observe, mark and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner’s qualification.
• Monitor apprentices' progress and maintain accurate records of their learning journey, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Use effective material and appropriate resources, at a pace and level that meets learners' needs.
• Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential.
Skills, experience, and qualifications required for the Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach- Procurement
• Hold a recognised teaching qualification and Assessors Award would be desirable, however, the company will support and fund this qualification
• Qualified to a minimum level 4 in CIPS- ideally to MCIPS
• Vocational competence within Procurement or Purchasing
• Experience in training, coaching or teaching employees in Procurement or Purchasing
• Have a passion for Training, Learning, and Development
• Experience in using online delivery platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google classroom
