As a Sourcing/Procurement Specialist you will be responsible to manage direct procurement activities, ensuring the timely supply of equipment and payment to suppliers.
Title: Sourcing/Procurement Specialist
Location: Aberdeen
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Create RFQs, place and follow up on POs for assigned commodities.
- Manage supplier relationships for PO execution.
- Ensure on-time delivery by managing problems and schedule changes.
- Update ERP (Oracle Pascal) for accurate planning
- Develop new solutions, balancing tactical execution with strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with high-level individuals within the business.
- Work with Commodity Buyers on technical and commercial developments
- Participate in supplier performance reviews.
- Contribute to projects as a team member or lead small projects.
