• You'll need to be driven and want to be successful in the role knowing it could lead to a promotion internally
• They need to have brilliant priority management and good at juggling tasks and requests
• There's going to be a bit of lifting and packing in this role, to help get samples out to customers!
• A passion / interest in wine is preferred
• A confident person that can hold their own in conversations with customers and salespeople
• Some previous experience within an administrative role is ideal, however we will look at candidates with the right drive and attitude

What you'll be doing:

• Completing administrative work on a system
• Circulating communication on new products etc
• Setting up the Product & commodity codes
• Setting up pricing for supply chain teams
• Sending out Samples to customers
• Creating new barcodes for products and managing Brandbank
• Receiving stock in
• Setting up tastings for the buyers
• Working with marketing
• Buying samples and store visits
• Sale support requests

• The role is very varied, and no day will be the same

• Flexible core hours from 8 - 6 (starting between 8 or 9 or later on request) with 1 hours lunch (37.5 hours a week)
• Finish 30 min early on Fridays
• 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays and a bonus day for your birthday
• 5% bonus scheme
• Pension match up to 5%
• Office drinks on Friday after 3:30 (while working or down tools later)
