Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product director to prioritize key journeys and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to analyse user behaviour and optimize digital experiences.
- Conduct A/B testing and causal analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Present findings to stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and quantify outcomes to demonstrate ROI.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a product-led organization.
- Proficiency in GA and GTM with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Experience with SQL and Power BI, with the ability to extract insights from Power BI dashboards is desirable.
