We’re on the hunt for a subject matter expert in product management and product development, with experience in change and transformation and proven record of delivering on tech related products to joina leading Law Firm in London as their new Legal Product & Innovation Manager.
The ideal candidate will join a growing innovation team, assisting in launching, driving and managing a number of flagship innovation products within the firm. You will be client-facing, gathering feedback from users and helping to craft the on-going roadmap, together with helping to mould and deliver the innovation strategy for the firm. You won’t just execute an already established plan, but you will shape and influence the growth strategy.
In a nutshell: You will be a subject matter expert in legal products and tech innovation implementation and development. You will love managing innovative initiatives and projects and will be able to draw on your knowledge and experience in change and transformation within the legal sector to deliver on exciting projects.

Key responsibilities as the Legal Product and Innovation Manager will include:
- Managing a diverse range of innovation initiatives and projects
- Working with senior stakeholders, external AI experts and internal team to progress innovation products
- Testing and trialling new technologies and running proof of concepts
- Ensuring a strong commercial product roadmap after taking on-going, agile feedback
- Organising and promoting the innovation programme and execute the ongoing AI strategy
- Working with external vendors and tech providers to encourage collaborations
- Encouraging on-going efforts to create an innovative culture, embracing creativity and ensuring a growth mindset
- Undertaking market research and building and sharing intelligence

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar Product and Innovation role, ideally within a Law Firm environment
- Subject matter expertise within product management and development
- Experience in change and transformation within law
- Proven track record of delivering effective tech related products
- Excellent project management
- Hands-on operational and strategic mindset
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a commercial mindset
- Creative and innovative, always seeking to be proactive and progressive
- Confident influencing skills at senior level
- Proven ability to gain credibility at all levels
- High proficiency in MS Office
