Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a leading humanitarian organisation in their search for an Innovation Manager. This is a full-time position on a 9-12month FTC, offered on a remote basis (travel to regional offices once a month).
Reporting to the Senior Innovation Manager, the Innovation Manager will manage the design and delivery of Innovation processes, from identifying the most pressing humanitarian problems, investigating solutions, and then funding calls to address them. The postholder will specifically be responsible for leading the focus area of Scaling of Innovation, and will manage the delivery of research, evidence summaries and funding calls. The Innovation Manager will develop, manage, and have clear oversight of a portfolio of Innovations relating to Scaling of Innovation.
To be successful, you will have experience leading the design and delivery of work to drive innovation, including problem or opportunity identification. You will have technical knowledge and have experience working in the area of Scaling of Innovation, with knowledge of grant and/or project management within the humanitarian and/or development sector. You will have the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships, with enthusiasm and personal conviction of the need for innovation.
