T A DRILLLING (SALES) Ltd is seeking an organised and highly motivated individual to work as a key member of the product support and Internal Sales team, to ensure our after sales and ongoing parts and accessories support for our customers meets their expectations and to support the sales team.

T A DRILING Ltd are a leading supplier of trenchless equipment, landscaping machinery, pipeline equipment and specialist lifting and material handling equipment for the construction, rail and utility sectors amongst others.

We are a growing business and we are passionate about delivering great service and a can- do attitude for our large customer portfolio across the UK and Europe

Key responsibilities:

• Customer support including warranty support and administration.
• Dealing with imports and exports across our product range
• Internal sales of parts and accessories across our product range
• Maintaining adequate stock levels, dealing with and ordering from our suppliers
• Logging customer enquiries
• Analyse customer enquiries
• Sales Pipeline Management
• Producing Excel reports and analysing data, ranging from daily sales analysis and customer gspend analysis.
• Liaising with our service manager, recording and invoicing service, repair and warranty work.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Previous work experience in a commercial environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Numerate and analytical
• Data Management Experience
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Friendly telephone manner.
• Commercial Awareness
• Resilient
• Good level of IT competence with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and sage accounting software
• Working in the construction equipment sector would be an advantage

Location: St Leonards on Sea

Salary: Depending on experience

20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (Increasing on years of service to 25 days)

4% / 4% Employer/Employee Contribution Pension Scheme

Hours: Full time - Monday-Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm
