The Opportunity:
To enable this exciting growth, we are looking for a Product Designer to join our expanding CX team, to lead the strategic vision and delivery of the products & capabilities we are building.

Key Aspects of role & responsibilities:

• Work along side a growing product design team
• Partner strongly with Product Management, Content and Engineering to create great client outcomes
• Help shape the user experience, from end-to-end
• Get stuck into complicated challenges as we bring innovative new products to market
• Create build ready designs that uses our growing Design System, as well as helping build out our design system
• Have the opportunity to be in at the beginning of something big, and shape things
• Help drive innovation and delight customers

What it takes:

• We are looking for someone who has worked in Asset Management and/or has a strong background in wealth management and finance
• Be passionate about user-centred design and have a portfolio of work or case studies to highlight all the great work you've done
• Have a strong UI & UX background, demonstrated through your portfolio
• Have experience in prototyping and ideally interaction design.
• Enjoy getting stuck into complex problems
• Be passionate about the importance of user research and advocate for it on a daily basis
• Advocate at a senior level for simple, modern design and best practices (eg mobile first, accessibility)
• Strong collaborator, facilitator and communicator.
• Deep understanding of platform and device requirements such as form factors, screen resolutions, pixel density and aspect ratios
