So, if you’re ready to be a part of something truly extraordinary, then we want you! Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, pregnancy, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status.

Together, we can continue to build a diverse and inclusive workforce where everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed and thrive.

If you require any reasonable adjustments to be made to your application process, or need this job advert in a different format, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Summary of role:

As a Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for taking briefs from our various tool roadmaps and putting together cross-functional teams to turn those briefs into functional specifications, covering technical architecture, analytic models, UX flows, UI design, and anything else required to prepare the brief for software development. For clarification, this is very much an orchestrator role over a UI/UX design role, though you will function predominantly within that team.

This is an exciting opportunity to ensure that Anthesis continue to expand our digital services through successful projects with exciting clients.

Key requirements:

We’re looking for a talented designer with creative experience and a proven record in delivering excellent and innovative solutions across digital channels.

You’ll be able to demonstrate this through a strong and diverse portfolio of work, to be presented and discussed at interview stage.

You’ll also need:

  • Hands-on experience adapting wireframes, user flows, and storyboards into high fidelity creative solutions
  • A thorough understanding of user centred design processes, in-depth knowledge of UI design patterns and standards across all devices
  • Experience of working with design and workflow collaboration tools such as: Sketch, InVision, Adobe Suite
  • Creative ideas with a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to challenge conventional ways of thinking and working
  • A collaborative ethos and an understanding of the value of objective and constructive criticism in developing solutions
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders across the business.

You’ll be comfortable working autonomously and you’ll be able to make smart decisions with the information at hand. Experience working in the sustainability sector and an understanding of the needs of commercial and corporate customers would be an advantage.

Your benefits:

  • Work within a highly motivated team in an innovative and rapidly growing global company
  • Opportunity to have a direct impact and be a key part of the growth and development of the business and the team
  • Opportunity to work with, collaborate with and learn from sustainability SME’s who are passionate about the work they do and the impact Anthesis can have
  • Competitive salary in line with education, experience and skills
  • Competitive benefits including flexible working, 25 days holiday and two volunteering days off and the day off for your Birthday!
  • Cooperative, supportive and open working atmosphere.
