Knight Frank is looking to hire a Senior Product Designer to be at the centre of crafting new propositions from concept to launch and deliver the digital design on key client facing websites.

Role:
Knight Frank is looking for a Senior Product Designer who will create best practice digital designs from ideation to detailed UI documented in a centralised design system, ensuring user journeys deliver delightful effortless experiences that support the brand, as well as making sure accessibility are key elements of our user centred design thinking.
You will be a highly motivated and patient individual, who understands the need to focus on quick wins initially, moving to bigger, more impactful, changes as we start redesigning the websites across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Work as the Product Designer on exciting projects across global Knight Frank products and sectors with oversight from the Lead UX designer and the Lead Product designer.
- Take new product propositions from ideation through to launch
- Practice fast-paced, iterative design – drawing on your impressive design eye and sixth sense for simple UX patterns
- Be relied upon to execute design within a small team of designers, thinkers, researchers and makers from all walks of life
- When you are not helping to design new products, you will help champion and shape Knight Frank’s design team and vision for design in the future.
- Maintain a design system that delivers a new more modern and premium look and feel for Knight Frank’s digital ecosystem
- Help to put things into the hands of users quickly and often, working with team digital members to use feedback to iterate a product or idea
Key Experience Required:
- At least 5 years product design experience whether at start-up, agency, studio, or in-house experience
- Taken part in the design process end-to-end, being a vocal advocate for design within the company
- Developed a good understanding and appreciation of UI patterns and where to use them across web and app
- Started to develop your UX practices to the level where you are able to make sense of discreet parts of a customer experience and map it across user flows, sketches and prototypes
- Completed design sprints where you’ve practiced ideation methods that rapidly move from user insight to concept.
