As the Product Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Product Development process from ideation to launch.
The business boasts a long heritage in the design and manufacturing of world class products and this role will be focal in the continuation of the success of the business.

Product Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Defining product specifications, managing project timelines and resources, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with business goals
- Manage project timelines, costs, and resources to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and components are used in Product Development
- Communicate product updates and changes to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the Product Development process
- Manage and prioritize the Product Development pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new products
- Take ownership of the product critical path management
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Product Development from concept to launch
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis
