Job Details:

  • Reporting to the Product Manager, you will work closely together to ensure Hastings Direct products are effectively managed ith the appropriate balance of customer value and delivery of commercial drivers through the product review, value assessment and conduct processes.
  • Responsible for creating and analysing MI, you will make recommendations based on the insights gained in order to improve business performance.
  • Support the Product Managers with required data to support the 'Product Review' process including Value Assessments and Conduct MI for core products.
  • Support projects with required research, customer journey analysis as directed by the Product Manager.
  • Apply rigorous testing after each change release to ensure there is no detrimental impact on our customers.
  • Based at one of our office locations, this role doesn't subscribe to a typical hybrid model - the expectation is that you attend the office 3 times per week.


Skills we would love you to have:

  • Strong stakeholder management experience, within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Able to build strong connections with other functions to embed strategy and support delivery of trading outcomes
  • Experience of working with highly regulated General Insurance products
  • Excellent communication and able to influence at all levels
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team, often a virtual team
  • Ability to work under pressure with many competing deadlines and priorities
