About the role
As Product Manager you will be part of a key commercial team, where your expertise, knowledge and contribution is really valued.
Day to day, youll be responsible for the pricing and delivery of savings products and motivating key stakeholders to create great customer propositions, which provide great customer experience and drive growth for YBS. Youll be proactive in delivering great product trading strategies and ensure that we deliver effectively and have great processes in place to deliver.
Youll be working with distribution, marketing, digital and operational teams (amongst many others) to bring financial plans to life by co-ordinating and delivering activity what will support performance whilst ensuring key stakeholders are aligned.
The role will also see you deliver product launches, pricing changes and acquisition strategies to ensure they are effectively marketed and sold in a compliant and customer centric manner.
Underpinning your work will be a commitment to using data to inform what you do, youll use this to tell a story and build great products from it as well as build a great understanding of our competitors and what the industry is doing.
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and taking key product and pricing decisions.
Youll need experience of delivering products alongside sales and operational teams coupled with a good understanding of the financial services industry, competitors and markets.
Thisll be coupled with a flair for data and analysis, as youll be shaping and informing decisions on price and strategy.
Away from the technical aspects of the, youll be a great communicator and enjoy managing multiple stakeholders and priorities, and working collaboratively with the wider Savings Trading team.
