As a Product Manager for our marketplace, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, playing a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy for our market-leading niche sections and local marketplaces, all powered by our cutting-edge SAAS/PAAS platform.

• Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear and innovative product strategy that sets us apart from the competition, all while leveraging our class-leading platform.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify market opportunities and user needs.
• Product Roadmap: Prioritise features and enhancements that make a splash in the marketplace industry, leveraging your SAAS/PAAS expertise.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our talented teams, from engineering and design to marketing and operations, to turn your ideas into reality on our powerful platform.
• User-Centric Design: Collaborate with UX designers to create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces..
• Metrics and Analytics: Define KPIs and harness the power of analytics tools to make data-driven decisions that keep our marketplaces thriving on our platform.
• Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies that keep us ahead of the game, thanks to our SAAS/PAAS technology.
• Communication: Share your product roadmap and decisions with stakeholders and keep everyone excited about what's to come, driven by our class-leading platform.
• Feedback Loop: Connect with marketplace users to gather insights because we value their input.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the e-commerce or marketplace industry with SAAS/PAAS experience.
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, user behaviour, and competitive landscape.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving growth.
