Product Manager: B2C
Following Salt's successful tranche of hiring for this leading Commerce brand, we are now looking for a Product Manager to join the business in order to help re-invent one of their core product and commerce offerings used by millions of people across the UK.
This role offer a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of tech ideation, creating an alternate view on how this product should be built and shipped to users. You'll need to engage your entrepreneurial product instincts, be thorough in discovery and testing hypothesis whilst keeping a key eye on the commercial implications of the impact these changes will make.
They are ideally looking for a Product Manager with consumer experience, who can thrive in a fast paced environment, capable of setting the agenda and not afraid of pushing back. You might be a Product Manager at a start-up, looking for some more stability or working in a larger organization, frustrated with the pace of things.
Here are a few key requirements:
- A person with an entrepreneurial spirit, brilliant at spotting external trends and awareness of developing commercially disruptive solutions.
- Experience shipping consumer products across ecommerce/ marketplaces.
- Familiarity with modern product practices, willing to coach and mentor other team members.
- Ability to navigate a complex matrix of stakeholders.
- Curious and self-motivated with a desire to deliver high standards and to promote this quality in others.
- Strong knowledge of Product KPI's, experimentation and dual track delivery.
The role is hybrid based, with 3 days a week in either their London office location.
There is a 3 stage interview process in which you'll speak with their Head of Product, counterparts across design and engineering, and key stakeholders.
