Job Title: Product Manager – Branded Hotel Group - Oxfordshire

Salary: up to £55,000

Term: 12 months

Location: Oxfordshire

I am on the lookout for a Product Manager for this Branded Hotel Group in the UK.
My client is looking for someone with a very strong knowledge of food & beverage, restaurant outlet refits, marketing and costing.
As F&B Product Manage you will be overseeing the menu development and analysing sales for the entire group.

About the position

• Monitoring and overseeing the changes of the F&B proposition for the group
• Identify & develop all F&B activity to achieve company commercial targets
• Oversee menu development & marketing
• Create a refit strategy
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Collate and review F&B performance

The successful candidate

• Marketing degree or qualification
• Minimum of 5 years in a relevant F&B development role
• Experience working with hotels, catering & hospitality
• Product management experience
• Ability to effectively lead
• A well organised individual
• Excellent management skills
• Strategic mindset
