We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join our Quality Development and Compliance Team (QDC) at our Workington Mill. Joining us on a full–time, permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary and become part of our welcoming team.
Holmen Iggesund is a Swedish company and a member of the Holmen Group. The Workington Mill produces premium paperboard under the brand Incada. Our paperboard is an integral part of the shopping experience for our client's customers. Since 2013 we have powered the mill almost entirely by fossil fuel free energy. We value our employees and products highly. Today we are approximately 375 co–workers. Our integrated pulp and paperboard mill is located to the west of the beautiful Lake District in the north of England.

As our Product Manager, you will work closely with the Sales, Operations and Development teams and will be required to interact closely with and develop strong relationships with customers.
Our Product Manager will:
Be responsible for Incada technical product specifications Communicate with customers directly regarding product quality and service Represent Incada in the various company cross functional activity areas Represent Incada in all key customer business review processes Support the Incada development and product care activities in line with end use performance and direction What we re looking for in our Product Manager:
A degree in a scientific/engineering discipline and/or appropriate experience Excellent knowledge of Incada qualities, customer requirements and competitor quality Good knowledge of the Pulp and Board making process Knowledge of the company s IT systems Market knowledge Customer processes, printing and converting Knowledge of product safety requirements Excellent communication skills In addition to the above, the following is desirable:
Appropriate training in Health and Safety Sustainability legislation and requirements Lean problem solving processes Data analytical skills Closing Date: 4pm, Friday 15th March 2024
