Job Summary:

The Product Marketing Director is a pivotal role responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning of SupportNinja's solutions, ensuring our market competitiveness and alignment with customer needs.

This role involves strategic planning and tactical delivery, working in close collaboration with leadership, sales, marketing, service delivery and IT teams to ensure our success in the market.

What does a day in the life of a Product Marketing Director look like?
  • Lead the overall go-to-market strategy and messaging for new and existing solutions
  • Develop positioning that differentiates the SupportNinja solutions in the market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, website content, and sales enablement materials.
  • Apply best practices for solution launches, pricing, packaging, and positioning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement solution focused marketing strategies through campaigns, press releases, webinars, etc
  • Manage solution launches and releases, both internally and externally
What are the required qualifications of a Product Marketing Director?
  • 5 years of experience in Product Marketing at a Director or Manager level, preferably in outsourcing, BPO or staffing industries.
  • Deep understanding of outsourcing services, B2B marketing principles, and demand generation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
