As a Contract Service Associate Manager, you'll manage third-party commercial contracts, offer expert guidance on contract management, draft and negotiate agreements, and ensure full compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT and Outsourcing Agreements Expertise: Leverage your knowledge to manage complex contracts.
- Draft and Negotiate Contracts: Take the lead in drafting and negotiating various agreements.
- Manage Contract Status, Compliance, and Modifications: Oversee all aspects of contract lifecycle management.
- Liaise Between Project Teams and Legal Counsel: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain Contract Databases: Ensure accuracy and accessibility of contract records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience: A strong academic or professional background.
- Extensive Contract Management Experience: Proven track record in managing contracts.
- Proficiency in IT, Marketing, and Professional Services Agreements: Specialized knowledge in these areas.
- Strong Client Management and Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Competence with essential software tools.
