Excellent opportunity for a Contracts / Project Manager to join an award-winning landscape and architecture consultancy producing bespoke designs for super high-end clientele on residential and commercial projects.

In recent years, this emerging landscaping consultancy has witnessed substantial growth and is poised for aggressive expansion in the years ahead. Their focus is on delivering a bespoke and unique service which reflects their complex garden designs, which has led to the business winning several awards. Over the past few years, the business has gone from strength to strength, allowing them to focus their efforts on interesting high-level projects. Due to an increased workload, they are now recruiting for a Contracts Manager to assist in the next phase of growth.
In this role your time will be split between the office and site visits, the projects are based mostly around Central & West London and value from £500 to over the £10 million mark. The responsibility of this role is focused on all key elements of project delivery including client liaison, working collaboratively with the design team, fostering a team-based culture on site, and managing sub-contractors.
The ideal candidate will have vast experience with high-end landscaping projects as a Project / Contracts Manager. You will be well versed in managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality projects, whilst maintaining high levels of customer experience.

The Role:

• Contracts Manager
• A split between office work and site visits
• Going the extra mile to deliver complex landscaping projects in line with design and customer requirements
• Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders including, clients, design teams, site teams, and subcontract labour

The Person:

• Previous experience as a Project / Contracts Manager working on high-end landscaping projects
• A track record of delivering projects successfully in accordance with design specification and client requirements
• Work effectively in a small team with busy work environment
• Based on a commutable distance from Central/West London
