SalarySenior Procurement Contracts Manager, East Grinstead
My client are an NHS Trust seeking a senior Procurement Contracts Manager.
The role will be until the end of 2024 and will require travel 2 days onsite per week.
The right candidate will be managing the category of spend across estates, facilities, digital and corporate. They use the Atamis procurement portal.
This role is a Band 7 and the right candidate MUST HAVE NHS Experience.
The role:
To identify and manage best procurement processes for different procurements whilst advising stakeholders of their responsibilities.
To lead on contract management with key suppliers.
To lead on sourcing, tendering and quotation exercises via the Atamis procurement portal.
To undertake, implement, manage and review complex contract activity and commercial arrangements on behalf of the Trust, whilst adhering to Trust, national procurement regulations.
To oversee and manage the Trust's contract register ensuring contract details remain accurate and up to date.
Contribute and support management of Procurement workplan.
To lead an effective and efficient buying team in order to support and manage the Trust's purchasing needs.
