We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Product Marketing Executive to join our bustling team in Basingstoke (Hybrid). As a Product Marketing Executive, you will be supporting the Head of Product Marketing in creating messaging, developing positioning strategies, and creating sales tools and campaigns for the launch of Glory products to the market. Under the guidance of the Head of Product Marketing, you will collaborate closely with other teams within the Strategic Marketing function, as well as the Product Planning and Sales Promotion teams, to contribute to the success of specific new product releases. Additionally, you will play a role in developing innovative marketing initiatives aimed at supporting the sales team and will have overall responsibility for key administrative functions within the team. Product Marketing Executive Requirements: Experience in Product Marketing with core responsibilities creating and executing successful B2B and brand marketing campaigns. Project management experience. BA/BSc degree or equivalent qualification is desirable Product marketing or brand marketing experience Demonstrated success executing product launches across a diverse set of channels. Excellent project management skills: can work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Possessing first class attention to detail. Expert storyteller, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical functionality into compelling and page-turning customer-centric narratives. Excellent communicator, both written and verbal (English language) Has a creative mindset, cross-functional empathy, comfort with ambiguity and change, and a make it happen spirit. Ability to influence effectively cross-functionally. Ability to build collaborative partnerships with partners and other cross-functional teams. Has deep customer empathy, understands complex product offerings and can communicate in a simple and compelling way. Experience working as part of a remote team, building strong relationships and influencing effectively for local market needs. Experience working in a matrix organisation, influencing across functional and business unit lines.
