Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the local category plan definition in that sub-category, creating the appropriate NPD/EPD pipeline and project managing all related activities (NPDs/EPDs) including the local activation and customisation work.
- Monitors local brands and competitors (in collaboration with R&D and Sales) and understand relevant insights on one category/region to make the correct range/ product recommendation.
- Analyses customers' assortment and defines consumers and customers local needs to build the winning portfolio per category.
- Manage their local portfolio cradle to grave, ensuring the working portfolio is fit for purpose, i.e., ‘right product at right price’.
- Build creative approach to influence and drive customer´s choice.
- Actively support all local tender requirements, working closely with Commercial colleagues.
- He / she will also champion category management for our partner customers. This role will present regularly and be adapt at recommending and influencing – how to grow PL through a deep understanding of the market and category, delivering category solutions through the marketing mix.
