Job Description
- Drive the marketing and brand strategies in the UK market for the Home & Personal Care division
- Be the 'category expert' in utilising industry knowledge to keep the company at the forefront
- Define and manage the product portfolio based on channel management and customer need, including pricing and promotions
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Manage product launches to ensure maximum market impact
- Plan, develop and implement promotional activities working closely with sales and external agencies
- Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback
- Full ownership of the P&L and budget for the category
- Support 'Best in Class' the e2e Consumer experience with a focus on content and execution
- Responsible for the internal product training
The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Marketing Manager should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Profound knowledge in Durable/Houseware goods or FMCG
- Proven experience in Product Marketing
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Creativity and innovative thinking
