The company are a leading FinTech Software Company, experience huge growth and with a reputation for being a market leader. They are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a new Greenfield SaaS team. With over 10,000 customers their solutions SaaS solutions are industry recognised.
As the 1st Product Owner in this team, you will take ownership for a variety of tasks. You'll use your coordination expertise to run sprints, allocate resource, and ensure efficient timeframes. You will also take ownership of Business Analyst activities including gathering requirements and creating user stories. This role requires a confident, open-minded and adaptable communicator to challenge status quo and autonomy to implement new processes and ways of working. This is an exciting Greenfield team where you will work alongside an innovative Product Manager to build scalable SaaS applications.
Responsibilities include: Product Owner
- Gather requirements through workshops and interviews
- Create user stories and functional specifications
- Manage sprint cycles and meetings
- Allocate and coordinate resource through cycles
- Build relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally to build scalable SaaS applications
Experience Required: Product Owner
- 3+ years commercial experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a SaaS Vendor
- Experience working within a greenfield product team within CRM, Data, Compliance, Financial Solutions, or similar SAAS applications
- Demonstrable success coordinating and allocating resource in sprint cycles and ownership of sprint cycles
- Demonstrable success of gathering requirements and creating effective user stories
- Adaptable and open communication to collaborate and challenge ways of working
