We are working exclusively with a Life Insurance company based who are looking for a Salesforce Product Owner.

Reporting into the Head of Service Development, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of Salesforce improvements for the Operational teams. You will collaborate with the cross functional change and delivery squad to create a continual flow of development ready work.

As the owner of the Operations Salesforce backlog and for capturing the high level requirements, eliciting the business value and monitoring post launch to ensure benefit realisation.

By utilising the core Salesforce functionality you will support Operations to streamline processes, promote first call resolution, improve our ways of working to boost productivity, optimising salesforce throughout each operational function.

Key skills:

• Experience delivering operational improvements, working with business users up to senior management level.
• Experience of working with Salesforce Service Cloud with a good understanding of its core capabilities.
• Experience as a Product Owner and managing a backlog of work.
• Good understanding of Agile practices e.g. scrum, kanban.
• Knowledge of using Jira
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power, and Confluence tools
• Financial services background
