Our client, a leading company based in Woking, is seeking a Product Support Administrator to work closely with their Product Sales Team and assist with sales and marketing objectives to ensure deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the Product Sales Team
• Assist with data entry on projects, support communications, pricing and product updates
• Work closely with internal departments to gather information for presentations and sales campaigns
• Process invoices and deal with third parties
• Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
• Excellent data entry skills
• Previous experience in processing invoices and dealing with third parties
• Ability to build relationships with key business partners
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
