The role of the Technical Support Engineer - HVAC Products will involve:

• Technical Support Engineer position dealing with high end manufactured range of HVAC products such as: air sourced heat pumps, gas boilers and water heaters
• Providing customer support to main contractors, contractors, installers, specifiers, architects, and end users
• Dealing with any technical queries in a timely manner via telephone and email
• Ensure that all documentation is technically correct (manuals, sales literature, product pages, website
• Provide product training to customers and internal colleagues
• Evaluate and assist with the launch of new product ranges
• To develop and maintain technical relationships with key suppliers
• Occasional site visits fault finding and surveying for projects

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Engineer - HVAC Products experience with:

• Must have experience in a client facing technical role within the HVAC market sector
• Ideally will have Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification (HNC/HND) however experience will outweigh qualification (circa 10 years)
• Ideally will have installation / engineering experience within the M&E market sector
• Knowledge of air sourced heat pumps, gas boilers and water heaters would be highly advantages
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving license
