Description
- Provide first line support for IT-related queries and issues
- Assist in maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure
- Work collaboratively with the technology team to troubleshoot problems
- Help in the implementation of new systems and technologies
- Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure all IT policies and procedures are adhered to
- Support the training of staff on new technologies
- Contribute to IT projects within the organisation
Profile
A successful Technical Support Team Member should have:
- Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work well in a team
- A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative
Job Offer
- A day rate of GBP120 - GBP140 per day- Part time work. 3 x days per week, 4 hours per day
- The opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment
Hybrid working has been agreed , you will be needed in the office 1 x day per week.
The office is located in Camberley, surrey!
