Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf.
What exactly will you be doing?
As Product Support and Development Manager, you will work closely with the Product Manager and collaborate with colleagues across AAT to Support and contribute to the development of our product strategy and delivery of our products and services to meet our KPIs, including progression, retention, engagement and growth.
Major objectives
The key objectives for the role are:
- Support the development and execution of product strategies to meet KPI targets including progression, retention, engagement and growth.
- Identify and maximise product opportunities by supporting the creation of clearly defined value propositions that drive growth and engagement.
- Oversee the development and delivery of products and services by briefing teams and coordinating timely customer and market insights.
- Maintain current customer, market and product knowledge to inform product strategies and drive action across AAT.
- Ensuring product opportunities are identified and maximised.
- Supporting in the development of clearly defined product propositions that underpin growth and engagement, supporting KPI delivery.
- Briefing and overseeing the development and delivery of products and services.
- Co-ordinating relevant and timely customer and market insight, and maintaining up-to-date customer, market and product knowledge to drive action
What are we looking for?
We are looking for proactive and dynamic individuals to join our growing team. If you have the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:
- Prior experience with new product development and managing the full product lifecycle.
- Project management skills including briefing, scheduling, and managing complex activity schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Financial management skills including budgeting and new product budget management.
Knowledge or experience of a professional body or awarding body environment would be desirable.
