ITS are recruiting for a Production Administrator for our client based in Ledbury, Herefordshire.
This is a temporary, yet full time hours position until December 2024.
Main Responsabilities:
- Carry out administration tasks for the Launch team and Production team. This will include using Excel, Word and PowerPoint to create documents and edit documents.
- Familiarise with our ERP system (IFS) and operate it as required as laid down by our current operating instructions.
- Work within the Company's Quality Control Procedures.
- Work with the Planner and Buyer to facilitate purchase amd shop orders.
- They will carry out any other ancillary duties as requested. Staff will not be asked to perform 'extra' duties unreasonbly, but a measure of flexibility is expected of all.
Mandatory Responsabilities:
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
- Perform role in accordance with all relevant quality standards and adhere to relevant processes/policies.
Experience:
- Previous administration experience.
- IT skills - use of Microsoft suite - Excel; Word; PowerPoint.
- Ideally used ERP software for creating purchase orders & Shop / works orders.
- Note taking (desirable).

Hours of work are - Monday to Thursday - 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4.30pm. Rate of pay is 11.45 per hour and will increase in April 2024.
