Experienced Administrator required to work for a prestigious Client based in Daventry. The role involves booking in of works for customers and undertaking all adminstrative functions to enable the processing of these works. In addition you will support the Management team with all general administration.
The role is varied and requires following systems and procedures for the processing requirements of the Client; producing packs,liaising with customers, suppliers, internal customers by telephone and email and also dealing with any visitors to site.
You will also get involved in invoicing, make certain all pricing is up to date and credit notes for customers are produced, creating new customers on the system, produce reports for management and any other ad hoc duties as required.
You will be computer literate in Microsoft Word, have an excellent eye for detail, possess very good interpersonal and communication skills, be an active team player but also work on own initiative.
You will be organised, methodical, be able to juggle tasks and prioritise.
