This company is a specialist manufacturing company that has a superb reputation in the marketplace. They work with the biggest client names. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Production Administrator.
This is a full-time permanent job. It is working Monday – Friday. Hours of work are either 8-4 or 9-5.
Salary is negotiable up to £30k
Your new role
As Production Administrator duties will include:
- Input production information into bespoke computer system
- Assist with organising deliveries with haulage companys. Contact Haulage company’s to arrange times and dates of product pick-ups and deliveries to clients
- Taking information from production schedules and inputting on to score cards (KPI’s reports)
- Assist with processing customer's orders onto bespoke system
- Create dispatch paperwork for customers
- Create daily production reports
- Any other administrative duties as required
