Are you an experienced Production Coordinator with a knack for efficiency and organization? We want you to be part of a dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Shop Floor Administration: Conduct regular machine checks and ensure smooth shop floor operations.
- Health & Safety / ISO Compliance: Coordinate and update all H&S and ISO documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Production Information Management: Maintain and update production information to keep our processes running seamlessly.
- Maintenance Coordination: Arrange and oversee on-site maintenance and service visits to keep our machinery in top condition.
- Procurement: Raise daily purchase orders for materials and general services, ensuring timely and efficient supply chain management.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Production Team, assisting with various tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in shop floor administration.
- Strong understanding of H&S and ISO standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate maintenance schedules effectively.
- Experience in raising purchase orders and managing supplies.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
